Confession time: I was so excited about the acquisition of a weight vest that I had to press it into action. Today's workout:
Turkish Get-Up - for five minutes, served as warmup.
(1a) Weight Vest Split Squats
(1b) Weight Vest Chinups
(2a) Weight Vest Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts
(2b) Weight Vest Pushups with hands on 4'' cinder blocks
Finisher: 50 Dumbbell Swings. Total workout time under 30 minutes.
