Weekly is COTY. I’m a biased fan i admit that. But picking a coach who brought back 2 aces over a coach who had Zero returning pitchers and placed 2nd in the toughest conference. I wonder if winning the regular season title would have helped. Oh well. Im super happy for keagan and Erickson!
I think there was a handful of coaches they could've picked. I think Weekly was the easy way out personally
Congratulations to Jocelyn. I wish they would have split the award between Jocelyn and Korbe. They both deserved it.
Agreed. Weekly was also coach of the year last year so maybe it's a reward for finishing first. I thought Walton or the Aggie coach would have been better picks. Or the Miss St coach. They finished 12-12 after being picked to finish last I believe.
Mizzou coach also - they were picked to finish towards the bottom and were the cellar dweller last year.
