UGA Miss State Tennessee Texas FSU UGA - Now that Kirby has a new contract, we won’t have a shot at winning this one for at least 10 years. Miss State - A must win road game. Win this one and we can go 5-2 at home and go to a bowl. Can you believe we’re hoping to go 6-6 to go to a bowl game? Tennessee - Tennessee wins, but I say that every time we go up there and beat them. Texas - Well, ? FSU - It’s time we beat these guys. No generational QB for them this time. Looking at these two threads, it’s possible we can have a winning team this year and the schedule is not as bad as it looks.
That would suck to lose all that ground we gained on uga during the sos years. I actually had visions of taking the series lead in my lifetime.
Cole Cubic had a decent article outlining why our schedule might not be as hard as it might look. Challenging, yes. Impossible, hell no! Never is there a game that is a gimmee or a loss. FSU: we should win. Screw them! Tenn: Why not? Miss St: come on ... On paper, and on the field, the highest probability of a loss is at Texas and in Jax. Go Gators.
Dooley and Robbie recently went over on their radio show why they thought the 2023 schedule might have been harder on a game by game basis than the one this year. They made some good points.
I hope my body holds out to see that happen. At least get the monkey off our backs for starters. A win in Jax, Tally or Knoxville would help shift the momentum. Visions indeed... Go Gators.
Texas is going to be really good this year, I don't see us winning there. Same for UGA. But we can absolutely win the other three. Both FSU and Tennessee should take huge steps back.
