Creative, but then that would NOT be a states rights issue.

Exactly that along with pure corruption. It’s not about justice.

Not saying in any way that paying someone to keep quiet is moral or right. Just saying, that using campaign money for that (and trying to hide it) is what one person is going to trial for. Does not apply to the other person. Remember that you brought this up....just wanted to state the facts.

That is a federal issue... and it would not be a hush-money trail in New York. Hush money for personal reasons is not even a crime the way Trump is accused of.

Hmm...i guess you must be right and Trumps lawyers are all inept. I wonder why they didn't think of that.

It doesn't matter in New York... if they want to change laws or statutes of limitations they will... in order to get you into a courtroom.

...so they change a law after-the-fact to prosecute someone. That's what you are going with?

Where have you been? I'm talking about another court case Trump was dragged though in New York.

So... you are saying that a former professional football player, armed with a knife, is incapable of killing a woman and a man, both unarmed?

I found it interesting that Nicole Brown Simpsons’s handyman Glen Rogers ended up being exposed as a serial killer (the Cross Country Killer) years after her murder.
