This black lady, under the virtually the same the circumstances (released felon not eligible to vote) filled out one provisional ballot and was given 5 years in prison ... which was overturned yesterday after the appeals court ruled she wasn't properly notified she was ineligible to vote ...

Did any of you even bother to read what this guy did?
Wrote a bad check for $38,000 in 1996 and while on probation in 2008, he registered to vote and between 2008 and 2010 he voted in nine different elections. It is illegal in Georgia to vote while on probation. Far far cry from the insinuation the sheep here jumped on!!
It is a crime though and he should be charged and held accountable.
