Wow, who knew? Rep's that is, but also a common past. I graduated hs in '63, so 3 years. I had left G'Ville for several years after Soph year and returned in '68 for about 1 1 /2 years.

Checked your other thread. I'm an acquanitenance of Monica Leadon. A good friend of ours was also of her - way back in the day.

J, when we were kids we would make-up things God could not do--------one we heard about was that God cannot make something so heavy he cannot lift it----your avatar always reminds me of that problem----
will God ever succeed in pushing that boulder to the top of the mountain?----- Bob

Oooh, Lacuna questioned the powers that be. Consequences will never be the same.

I don't know if the post was killed or not. I did not read all post and did not see anything offensive but who knows. I had them kill my post and threads before, and I did not think they were bad?

Today my reading took me through the world of blogs.... reread the Love Story on The Pioneer Woman blog.
Reading lots on my Mac and watching tutorials.
Tonight I read a book from daughter's highschool days "The Perks of Being a Wallflower"
~ easy read and very interesting.

Thanks for the rep, lacuna. I realize my opinion isn't popular these days. By the way - I've read about 2/3 of the book. It's taking me a while because of my full-time job and college classes, and I'm trying to really digest every word. To be honest, the arguments I've read are not very convincing to a person who has heard most of them before; they are narrow and fail to address the typical counter-arguments. I still plan to get a discussion going when I'm *finally* finished!

Rodger that lacuna. That's pretty much what I thought about the real subject, but feel free to advance the green too, if you know what I mean. I get almost depressed when I see posters with about 230 posts and threee times as many reps.....almost.
    19. Gatorrick22
Thank you, but why for. I did interurupt your confidencing of that poster we don't need to mention. I have repped people before and saw no change in their reps. Reps are still the little green boxes below your number of posts, are they not? Any way thanks again for the rep, I will rep you as soon as I see your next post or responce. By the way, it must take more than one to register a new box because it didn't work when I repped other people too. Nor did your to me. Not your fault though.
    20. Gatorrick22
Thanks locuna, but why for? It seems to take more than one rep to change the green boxes. It's not showing up. I know that I've repped people before and saw no change in their count too. Thanks just the same though.
