Hey everybody if I could I would like to ask for prayer for my wife. She has had what we thought was a heart attack, only to be discovered as a gall-bladder attack. The gall-bladder must be removed soon (today) so she can get three stints for her heart.

She had a Arteriogram Tuesday that shows an 80%, 75%, and 70% blockage. To say the least this has knocked the wind out of us. Her name is Tammy and anyone that will take the time to pray for her surgeries and recovery I appreciate and thank you in advance.

Good Thursday morning all. Prayers for your sweet Tammy MSG. My cousin just had gall-bladder surgery, his exploded just as they were prepared to remove it, what should have been a 30 minute procedure turned into two hours. He survived it. Best of luck to you both. They need to take care of that blockage as well. Gee, you sure have a plate full.

BTW my FCAT WRITES scores ROCKED!!!!! but I'm having some real withdrawal, this group of kids are just the best and not one bad apple in the bunch and years like this come along one or two times in your career. 20 more school days to go.

I teach prepare them to be lifelong readers and writers and if FCAT is the obstacle we have before us in life, I teach them to handle it with their writing skills. I just graded a stack of writing this morning~ they were writing a free write about anything... I am just marveling at my boy writers ( so many say boys can't write) I feel like I was the pitcher in a winning game of baseball last week- down to the sweat dripping down my neck, I rode a BMX bike to victory~even when some rider tried to give me "the squeeze" and I went fishing out in the Gulf and hooked a big one... Those boys are rockin the pencil in my room.

Just thought I would post an update. The wife's surgery is behind us and she is home and healthy. Turned out she only had to have one stent. They used a balloon (angioplasty) on the other two arteries. She is fine but she is working me for the sympathy. i don't care, I'm happy. Thank you all so much for your prayers and kind words.

Just thought I would post an update. The wife's surgery is behind us and she is home and healthy. Turned out she only had to have one stent. They used a balloon (angioplasty) on the other two arteries. She is fine but she is working me for the sympathy. i don't care, I'm happy. Thank you all so much for your prayers and kind words.
