Every year I lose a few shows. It would probably be best if I lost more since I have too many being recorded.
I really hope they don't cancel Happy Endings. It is one of the best comedies out there, but its not getting the ratings.
Looks like The Following is getting good enough ratings for a 2nd season.

I hope the Following makes it- like the show a lot, a little surprised 5-0 is on the bubble but then I watched religiously until Castle became the alternative, if 5-0 is to survive they need to bring in some fresh writing talent- stories are/were pretty low on the imagination, I do like Grace Park though :)

I got bored of 5-0 during the first season. So stopped watching despite really liking all of the cast.
Of that list I only watch three and they are all half hour comedies that I would miss very much if they dont make it. Raising Hope, Community and Happy Endings are all off the wall and just hilarious imo. But they are all getting weird treatment from their networks so I am not confident they come back.
At least I will still have Archer.

I've never seen any of the shows listed, and I've only heard of about 3 of them.
Why couldn't The Big Bang Theory be on that list?

Only show Mrs. jd and I watch out of that list is the Mindy Project. It's hilarious and would be a shame if it goes. Otherwise, meh.
And I'm with Leaf, Archer is awesome.

Thirded on Jericho getting cancelled....just based on ratings, I am kind of surprised on 5-0...they still average 9-10 mil per episode...although that has been a decline compared to the first two seasons....and the reasoning they gave (going up against Castle) applies exactly to me...for some reason I always gravitate toward Castle on Monday nights instead of watching 5-0....

While I love HIMYM, it's due to come to an end....they have dragged it out almost as long as they can....it shouldn't take 9 years to tell a story hahaha...but still a great show....
It just annoys me that less quality shows get longer seasons whereas a great show IMO like LOST only gets 6 seasons when I feel it could gone for at least 7...

I know Smallville got 10 seasons and it took him to the end to Fly, but I wanted a spin-off.

Parenthood is pretty good stuff. Enough drama for 10 families and syrupy sweet sometimes, but some of the story lines hit pretty hard. An iTunes show too--you go look up the music after the show, especially the last scene. They did a scene to James Blake's remake of A Case of You (Joni Mitchell)--wonderful.

LOST's creators decided when it would end. ABC left it entirely to them. And they didn't answer anywhere near what they promised. That show was a profound disappointment.

Well, more accurately, team Bad Robot and ABC came to an agreement about a planned ending because there was some writing on the wall that "Lost" wasn't the hit it had been and nobody wanted its possible cancellation to be a debacle without knowing what happened. That is why its seasons were shortened at the same time.
I love "Suits", too. That, Walking Dead, and Vampire Diaries are my only appointment TV right now, although I also like Grimm a lot.

I haven't started watching Walking Dead yet so I can't offer any insight there...and while I am a big fan of Justified I have to say the best show on cable TV right now is a toss up between Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy....

Basically, I hope and pray every night that "Bravo" network suddenly goes belly-up and vanishes completely. Biggest waste of electricity possible. With only a couple of shows in their entire lineup ever worth watching, these above are pointless.
Matchmaker--why in the name of common sense would you need some wannabe half-hoe to set you up with who SHE deems worthy of you dating? Given the premise you already have done quite well financially and have access to more women than most of us have ever seen???
The Real Housebitches of 'Wherever'---nothing needs to be said for this utterly despicable, IQ lowering timeslot. I guess with daytime soaps being cut those who are into 'real world' drama(as if ANY of this is not scripted), these various city scenarios fill their insatiable need to become even stronger wannabes.
Can you tell I despise Bravo?? I even squirm when I hear one of their promos where the squeaky voiced, little weasel does his voice over...."Only by Bravo".
Lastly---and just me venting---ANY of the "Judge _____" shows on afternoon tv should be banned for sheer stupidity. Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, Judge You-Name-It....are just about as senseless as the Housewives series. Why watch one trailer trash bring a quasi lawsuit against another trailer trash, because of 2nd trailer trash stealing 1st trailer trash car, causing an accident while DUI in said car, leaving scene of the crime in car of ex-gf or ex-bf, and not paying rent for past 2 months? And all this while being unemployed and awaiting on their welfare check to come in as the excuse for not paying rent or repairing car of 1st trailer trash which was damaged during the theft, accident, and leaving scene of crime.
Ok...I feel better now with my rant. Carry on.
