Good medical advice from the Jewish sages of old...


1. F***ing once a week is good for your health, but it's harmful if done every day.

2. F***ing relaxes your mind and body.

3. F***ing refreshes you.

4. After f***ing, don't eat too much; go for more liquids.

5. Try f***ing in bed 'cause it can save your valuable energy.

6. F***ing can even reduce your cholesterol levels.

Fasting is good for your health

and may God cleanse your dirty mind..

I am always up for a good fishing trip, not sure I could do that in bed though....

my rule #3. only 3 things in life worth waking up before daylight for: fishing, f*****g, and flying. wife says those and football is all that I am ever interested in...I don't see the problem.

7. F***ing is effective in curing headaches and various aches and pains because it produces endorphins as you are doing it. So next time she says no because she has a 'headache' you can tell her you have what will cure it.
