I cannot fathom what that poor kid is going through. On the verge of the peak of his young career, to now worrying about his health, his career, etc.. Maybe the good is that it will have prevented a tragic young death.

How the hell did the Utah staff not detect this earlier?!?!

On the bright side, had he not been a top draft pick and undergone this level of scrutiny it might not have been caught, with bad results. In a way he is remarkably lucky the stars aligned for this type of in-depth examination before something bad happened.
