prezbo is such a great leader
http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2013/02/11/obama-legacy-it-doesnt-look-promising/?intcmp=obnetwork
from the article:
But as we look toward the next four years, we must not overlook the far-reaching consequences of the president’s actions early in his second term. For starters, his refusal to cement a long term fiscal deal with Republicans is a tell-tale sign that the political and economic environment he’s created does not bode well for the legacy he hopes to leave behind.
He has no more excuses on the deficit.
Obama campaigned for reelection promising to reduce the deficit almost exclusively through tax increases and phony cuts, like ending a war that was already over. Despite his tax increases, US debt is still growing as far and fast as the eye can see. The CBO’s midyear forecast shows this year’s deficit will still be $845 billion, over 5% of GDP.
Worse, the public debt is predicted to be 77% of GDP in 10 years, double the average of the last 40 years, and this despite exceedingly optimistic CBO growth targets never achieved during Obama's time in office.

The White House press corps may fabricate a positive legacy since they have become lapdogs as opposed to watchdogs!

Stupid is as stupid does. Sheep are sheep.
You prefer to be in the "good" pen instead of the "evil" one?

He called Bush "unpatriotic" for the dramatic rise of dept under his watch, campaigned he'd cut the dept in half in 4 years.
Liar
4 out of 5 years he submitted a budget past the deadline (where's his budget for this year?) and has gotten nar'ee a Democrat to approve any his previous budget proposals.
Of course he wants to run up the dept and try to financially break this country into one he and the far Left see as "fair". What other explanation could there be? What a bunch of 'tards we are for re-electing this Jeremiah Wright in sheep's clothing.

Only fools think that spending more than you bring in and result in prosperity. He is not a fool, he is not striving for prosperity......he has an agenda.
By bankrupting the USA he can achieve his goal.
He is hell bent on fundamentally changing the USA from a free republic to a socialistic state run by central planners.

That's why I posted "stupid, compliant and motivated voters." Have to have cattle to change the environment. But it won't happen on his watch, too much to do. But when you set up class warfare, the die is cast on how to keep the cattle moving in the right direction.

His legacy- 10+ Trillion in new debt, DOUBLE what GWB did.

So far the legacy would be fecklessness.
The debt is a story we're all going to have to get used to. Bush added $5T, Obama will likely double that, his successor will likely double that.

His priority is supposedly social justice, at any cost, even if he bankrupts the country in the process. I think that could be said for most libs, since they have bought into the program. They are watching a train wreck and cheering on the obvious results.

You may be right but at least Bush voters work and we can barely motivate the Obama voters to get off the couch to make their monthly pilgrimage to that little tin box at the end of driveway called the Obama cash dispenser, but is commonly known as the mailbox containing their entitlement check.

Both not true and the kind of approach that will continue to lose elections.

Legacy?
Mount Rushmore!
Bet the farm on it, nobody will dissent. The Dems will push and the Republicans will be too afraid of being called racists to oppose it... The talk of such will start before the next primary cycle.

Does no one here see the good news that is being ignored?
It wasn't too long ago that the deficit was $1.2 trillion.
It is now down to $0.85 trillion.
That is a 30% decrease!
Still a long way to go... but we are headed in the right direction.
