Terry was a very rough and raw talent as a young QB. Took him more than 5 years to learn the ropes and become successful in the NFL.
-He didn't throw more TD's than INT's until his sixth season.
-He completed more than 50 percent of his passes in only one of his first 5 seasons.
-His QB rating was below 60 for four of his first five seasons.
-His career QB rating was only 70.9
-For his career, he threw only two more TD's than INT's

On a side note Favre and Namath both have more INT's than TD's.

You are correct about Namath. Farve, not so much. 508 TDs and 336 INTs

Ever notice how Willie may be the CEO but when the old man Phil speaks they all listen?
No doubt Willie is only the boss because the old man says he is.

Seems like I remember Phil having a Masters degree in English and teaching a while before beginning his current career.

Despit their looks they all seem to be well spoken, funny to watch with someone expecting to see a typical "redneck". I love that show.

I've read that he was drafted by the NFL but would have had to sign for the league minimum which was only about $60,000 at the time. Phill claimed $60 grand was not enough money considering football season interupted duck hunting season.
Sounds like a fabrication to me....be it a good one though.
On a side note I can feel his pain. I used to be an avid bow hunter and Florida's Archery season always opened the 3rd Saturday of August which was also always the day of the Tennessee game.
