I never root for a player to be injured so I hope he is okay, but he is a very dirty player and got away with a lot of BS (two elbows and he grabbed and threw Boynton)
He is a very talented player and doesn't need to do that.

I don't see anything wrong with it, he didn't say hes glad he was injured. A dirty player is a dirty player..

The refs let both sides play for the most part, however Kentucky got away with a lot of fouls that were very, very obvious and have to be called. For example, the Kenny Boynton pull down that you mentioned. Kentucky is lucky they lost by less than 20.
As for what the OP said, I didn't think Noel was playing dirty. The Kenny play was them both going backwards and I think he grabbed Kenny because he was falling back and didn't want to give him an open layup. The play he got hurt on he did the same thing Young does at least once a game, so I don't have a problem with him going hard after the layup.

I agree. I am NOT glad he got injured despite what some think, but that block/foul was dangerous and could have seriously hurt Rosario if he came down on top of him. (this thread won't end well btw)

He isn't dirty. He plays hard and plays just like everyone else plays.

He did get away with some bows. Hope his knee isn't too f-ed up. His reaction was really bad tho...

Yes, he is. he plays like he is used to getting the calls from the refs.

Laughable post. Unbelievable timing also. No one who has watched him play all season has called him dirty. Good grief...

Don't think he is dirty myself. Just has long arms and got away with some elbows tonight.

You're in such stark contrast to literally every other gator fan on this site. Do you not see that? Every other post is about the refs... every single game the gators have played. That isn't an exageration. I haven't seen a game thread in the last 2 years that you haven't carried on about the refs. The common denominator isn't the refs, ever thought about that? I'm not saying you're anything other than a great guy in real life, but as a fan you must be miserable most of the time.

I don't know why people get butt hurt over a post? It's someone's opinion, if you don't like it then just read and don't post. It's not like what you all say to him, will prevent him from ever writing it again. He did not say anything wrong, said he doesn't want anyone hurt, but states that in his own opinion he is a dirty player. Nothing wrong with that. Pussification of America!

Bruised knee at worst..
This isn't some lattimore knee explosion. He's just dramatic and young. Which also explains his "agressive" play when he's clearly getting beat down by a veteran oponent. Won't miss a game.

Let it fn go man. We won the game going away. Karma is a bytch and we don't need her paying us a visit cause some of our fans act like classless aholes.

Thats very possible. I've never seen him (and I have seen this from UK players in the past) throw an elbow with any intentionality or carelessness. Never once seen him be disrespectful of an opposing player at any point this season.

Exactly.
and to REM, I really don't care that I am being called classless by a Kitty fan, its the pot calling the kettle black.

Not me. I want to beat them at full strength so the kitties can't make any excuses.
People are taking me out of context. I am not glad he got injured. I am glad he didn't take Rosario along with him.

Terrible post imo. The young man plays hard and has 5 fouls to give. It sure looked like Cal's lips talking to Donovan after the game said something "popped". Hope it was not Noel's knee.

In his defense he is basically a giant seven foot tall elbow.
He's a great defender and I hope he's alright. He's very fun to watch. It didn't look bad but he sounded bad.

Yeah. Like I said, not dirty or malicious, but he has mile long arms and I think threw a few bows inadvertently that weren't called. Hope he isn't hurt too bad, but it did not look good.

Since you can't take away the injury, I hope he fully recovers after we play them at Rupp. :)
We won't play a player like him so I don't believe we need to get experience playing against someone like him.

You need to learn how to control your emotions bro. And if you think that you are free to post your feelings then be prepared for people to post theirs in regards.

He caught a couple guys with elbows tonight, but none were intentional. That happens sometimes in the trenches when both team have guys playing as hard as both sides were tonight. He seems like a good kid, obviously a great player. I hope he's okay. It didn't look that bad but you never know with a knee and he was obviously in a lot of pain. Kentucky is a far different team without him.

Can't believe this thread is up, but it would be important to evaluate one's intent behind an action. What has Noel done wrong? He doesn't play dirty and if he did, it's up to the refs to make him pay for that. He's what...18 years old and trying to make it to the NBA and we're talking about this?!

most of what i saw - elbows, etc - was purely incidental contact. i can't believe anyone would interpret it as 'dirty'. just like i'd never call patric young dirty. he's physical at times and will mix it up.

Because he represents us as Gator fans. I think there is probably a classier way to go about presenting your opinion than this instance.
