I think you need to add TE.
We'll have 2 juniors and 2 sophomores next season. Need to add 1-2 but not a huge need IMO.

1. Qb
2. Cb
3. Ol
4. De
Will Grier and Duke Dawson are already committed. That's a heckuva start!

Hell yes it is. You can pretty much check QB, as we likely won't bring in 2 bluechippers. What a way to start.

... and lest we not forget that Grier is aiming to enroll in January next year too. Even better!

I think those positions as well as DT will be important with Coach Muschamp every yr.

We've got our quarterback and a good playmaking tackle, so I am going to say a playmaking end and numbers at corner and offensive line.

Getting 28 this year will allow us to be very stingy with offers. Will probably only sign one more WR, one or two RBs and lesser numbers at safety and LB than usual, maybe two of each.
I think we still need to go heavy on the OL since this class has so many kids with less than four years eligibility. Probably three DT, depending on how the two incoming true freshmen look. I'm a little worried about Brantley's weight and mobility. I know speed isn't that important, but 5.4 is awfully slow.
I'd go with three or four DEs. We might only have one in this class actually play outside.
I'd be okay getting one more QB, especially if Grier comes in early. He will have to play as a freshman but we could shirt the other QB.
Gotta fill slots at TE and FB, maybe even another H-back type.

Bit skeptical of Grier but we'll see, playing against weak comp has a way of making a decent to good qb look like a world beater, additionally he plays in a much much more prolific type of offense than our ball control scheme.

We had 4 2014 all world QBs (among others) come to UF for camps over the summer and Will Grier was the one the staff wanted. Many left without offers. Only 2 were offered, including Grier, and the other one was from Weston, Fl and just transferred to St. Thomas Aquinas.
I'm gonna trust the coaches/talent evaluators on this one.

To many talent evaluators on this site. I know absolutely nothing about judging talent of a bunch of 17 year olds. Been a boilermaker for 18 years now, I can tell a good one from a bad one.

Numbers on the OL and talent at "true" DE is an absolute must for 2014.
QB - 1
RB - 2
WR - 2
TE - 2
OL - 4
DE - 3
DT - 2
Inside Backer - 1/2
Outside Backer - 1/2
CB - 3
S - 2
It's going to be a reach to make it to 24 or 25, but I expect a pretty full class.

Sounds about right but I hope we take 2 QBs next class.
