We will not be losing anyone currently committed to UF tomorrow.
We will more than likely add a few names and finish with arguably the top class in the nation.
There's a helluvah lot more evidence of this than the thin obscure ramblings of some anonymous source from an unnamed site.
This semi-panic is comical to me and is either unjustified last minute paranoia or a blatant attempt to troll up our board with negative vibes to scare our recruits and get a rise out of our fan base. Give the "possible negative news" thread no credence, stop posting in them and they will go away.
We have a bad ass recruiting machine as our head coach. We are going to be happy tomorrow.
I have been following recruiting since before 1992 and this class is going to be super solid.

Man I love your optimism. Whatever happens, happens. No need to panic or anything. we are in good hands!

I would quibble with only one point. There's a good chance Bama will have the top class tomorrow. They were already on a roll and had quite a few 5 star prospects still on their board. If we get two more DL tomorrow, I don't care who has the number one class. We will have done what we need to do to close the gap in the arms race.

We won't know who had the best class for a couple of years, most likely.

I want nothing but good news...and thank you for providing perspective. My purpose in the "bad news" thread was to share what was posted on TOS...I believe we know where that is and who I'm talking about...and since I spend most of my time here I wanted to get a reading on those here who are dialed in. If we can't discuss these possibilities here, where can we? I again agree we have a great class and I look forward to tomorrow and the confirmation of a class that will ensure the supremacy of Gator football over all others, I also think that the free discussion of negative possibilities shouldn't be out of the range of valid outcomes and potential occurrences. I am sincerely hopeful Brantley and Riles stick, and I believe they will, but if I hear elsewhere that there is a question I will pose it where it isn't posted.

Is possible bad news similar to "almost getting a bite" while fishing?

No sweat gatorright,
Just wanted to have a more positive thread topping the page. Plus, it always irks me that the last dozen or so 4-5* recruits to commit get so much damn attention.
VH3 would be right up there had he decided to wait till NSD, but he's a Gator already!!
How about our legacy RB who I would rank ahead of all the guys the "gurus" have in front of him. He's the career yardage leader in Florida which is the toughest state in the nation!!
The list goes on. Keeping what we have is, by far, the bigger story than where the last 10-12 kids getting their 5 mins of the spot light on ESPN tomorrow go.
Yet every year the Seantrel Hendersons', Willie "lobster" Williams', Tyrell Pryors', etc get all the hype and attention because they have the spotlight to themselves.
Our class, ranked consensus number one or not, is going to rock.
