Did anyone watch this?
Well, I won't give it away but it's good if you can laugh at yourself about being fat.

I haven't watched the clip but read he was in N.O. for the Super Bowl. What was he doing there and how much money did he waste?

On the Letterman show, Christie said he was sitting with Roger Goodell. He was apparently an invited guest.
Watch the video...Letterman has been pretty tough with Christie fat jokes over the years yet Christie goes on that show and seemed to kiss Dave's a$$. I guess when you're running for Governor again, you don't have much choice but to show some self-deprecating humor. He looks like he's gained more weight since I saw him last on TV.
He took up the entire chair turned sideways and had to sit up during the interview rather than sitting back and looking relaxed.

I watched and have to admit it was pretty funny. I do like Letterman's sense of humor but he can be so dark and glum sometimes.

Yeah, he's gained even more weight - he looks in the morbidly obese category now.
Hope he can get healthy - it's definitely a struggle, but one you'd think he may have an easier time with given his resources as Governor.

Probably because NJ will be the next host of the Super Bowl.

Good call. I forgot that the next Super Bowl might be played in the snow.

The Super Bowl in New Jersey is good for nobody but that local area. Imagine the northern media that covers the Super Bowl antipating going to some nice spot like Miami to get some fresh air, warmth and sunshine will be forced to go to Jersey! UGH!

Given the Sandy aid effort who's gonna argue that NJ/NY gets some money?
To be honest, the pregame party scene in Manhattan should be out of this world better than anything at any previous Super Bowl.
The sportswriters will be indoors...they aren't missing nothing.

I have to agree on that
