Thornton made a trip to FSU this weekend and the FSU staff thought he would commit to them. He was ready to announce his commit tonight then Florida stepped in with an offer. If you read the thread were 2014 Denzel Ware decommitted I said that FSU thinks they are getting Thornton but I was hoping and expecting our staff to step in and I am glad they did here is his film.

One of the reasons I am not too worried about Florida's DE haul in 2013 is because Florida is in on a lot of good prospects in the 2014 class. I will post the rest of the 2014 DE highlights soon

If we want them we will get both. Ware it seems more like a process he needs to go through to be able to commit no source JMO.

Thorton just wants attention his top 5 or top 3 changes weekly but we are always in it. He wants to go to Florida so I assume if everything checks out off the field wise he will be a Gator.

Gaillard, Cook and Grier would headline an excellent class if we can hold what we have and, of course, add LG. An elite DT, RB and QB will go a long way to helping this team off the back of last year's class.

Every other position is is just easy to get at Florida or we are just in on way too many guys not to get what we need (pass rusher). QB and DT are premium positions and Cook is just too special to lose and he brings a home run threat we so desperately need.

I havent been following him since we stopped recruiting him. I would guess Auburn or A & M pretty much everybody says he has work to do in the classroom and LSU has too many options to take a commitment from a player with grade issues.
