http://www.salon.com/2013/01/30/tennessee_dont_say_gay_bill_now_requires_teachers_ to_out_their_students/
The highlights:
Requires teachers to "out" homosexual students to parents
Endorses counseling for students "at risk" of being gay
Like before, bars teachers from even admitting homosexuality exists
Stacey Campfield is a human piece of excrement. Frankly, he should be put in chains and made to visit every school in the state to teach children how sadistic voting is, since it allows monsters like him to control their lives.

Hmm. What puts one "at risk" of being gay?
"Mrs. Jones, Timmy's been spending a little too much time reading Oscar Wilde and listening to the New York Dolls, I have concerns."

Given Campbell's seemingly constant preoccupation with homosexuality, it only seems like a matter of time before he's outed.
In the meantime, let's hope the rest of the state legislature ignores him and his bills.
Remember this from last year?
“Most people realize that AIDS came from the homosexual community—it was one guy screwing a monkey, if I recall correctly, and then having sex with men. It was an airline pilot, if I recall," Campbell told Huffpo's Michael Signorile on Thursday.
“My understanding is that it is virtually—not completely, but virtually—impossible to contract AIDS through heterosexual sex…very rarely [transmitted].”

Given Campbell's seemingly constant preoccupation with homosexuality, it only seems like a matter of time before he's outed.I feel the same way about people who are preoccupied with racism and seem to see it everywhere they look, like Chris Matthews for example. Old Chinese Proverb: When one finger point me, three finger point you.

This is literally a textbook example of reductio ad absurdum.
