With Nolan in Charge I have faith, but this Jenny Olsen thing has me nervous.

We’ve started to get a pretty good look at Man of Steel recently — we’ve got images, trailers and a pretty complete casting list. There is one character, however, who has eluded all of this publicity: Jimmy Olson. Jimmy, Clark Kent’s pal over at the Daily Planet, is usually depicted as a young, freckly ginger-haired fellow. It’s not unusual for movies to slightly alter a comic book character’s appearance, but there’s a rumor going around that Zack Snyder‘s Man of Steel may have gone farther than the rest — by turning him into a girl.
Now this would be a turn for the worst.

Yeah, That's what I am not so sure about. Other than that this movie looks great and Nolan wins again.

I am 100% skeptical of this movie now. I had my doubts from the beginning and they have only grown with time. It will look great but I have a feeling the story is going to be really dumb.

Well, I see why you say that, but I am gonna give it a chance.

No reason not to give it a chance. I will just do it with the lowest of expectations.

see what you are saying, but I don't think Nolan would screw this up.

I liked him for a long time but think the writing has gotten lazy and was not a fan of the last Batman. To me it actually made me think less of the rest of the trilogy. That plus Snyder to me is a bad bad combination.

Fair enough. I like to me more optimistic, but I LOVED the last Batman. I thought it was the best of the trilogy tbh. I know some like you didn't like it, but I know tons of people who loved it like me.

He turned Batman into a whiny little b who apparently didn't want to be Batman very much at all. I guess that works for the emo crowd but its not Batman. I am very much looking forward to the reboot and hopefully a writer that understands the character and doesn't just cherry pick the best of Miller's material without reason.
