This is a pretty interesting video about what's taking place in the United States and why society seems to be degenerating towards collapse and upheaval. It's also timely, as it addresses many of the topics being discussed in the 'Rational Mysticism' thread.
For what it's worth, I agree with almost everything in the video, at least up until the last minute. For one, the narrator seems to believe that the police and military would fracture if used domestically against the American people for tyrannical purposes. Secondly, the narrator also seems to believe that the ruling elites are losing control of the system they created.
I disagree with both of these points. As the economy weakens further, the ranks of the police and military will be filled through economic conscription. People will be desperate for jobs and a steady paycheck, even if it means rounding up and detaining innocent Americans. Not only that, but the U.S. government is prepared to use foreign troops and "peacekeepers" (Canada, NATO, UN, etc...) on U.S. soil.
