I saw the 2012 leg of this tour in Tampa. As I stepped out of my car at the hotel I was staying at across from the Fairgrounds, they were running through the sound check with Subdivisions. It was surreal to step out of my car to that.

One word of warning from someone who has been to every Rush tour since 1987: this is NOT a greatest hits/radio staples tour.

The first set leans heavily on their later 80s synth stuff. The second set starts with 9 songs from CA and then finishes up with 4-5 staples.

And it is 3hrs. Saw this in Boston in October. Don't know if it was because I don't like the TD Garden but of all the times I have seen Rush, this was my least favorite show.

Saw the previous tour at Madison Sq Garden and it was the best Rush show I'd ever seen, however.

They are all three hours, but 30 or so minutes are videos.

I was going to skip this leg if it required travel, but I will drive across town for it.

Have seen Rush many many times since my high school days in the early 80's. Time Machine tour at Red Rocks in 2010 and in Las Vegas 2011, both shows were great. Clockwork Angels tour in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving 2012 was even better. They played a lot of the new album(9 songs If I remember correctly) and a bunch of songs that are not the radio standards. Probably one of the very best sets a Rush fan could want! All of Moving Pictures and stuff from every period of their long history, stuff I didn't think I would hear live again - Vital Signs, Natural Science, War Paint.

Will definitely try and catch them at Red Rocks again. Has to be my very favorite concert venue, nowhere compares to the beauty of the surroundings and bands always seem to play inspired shows. If you have never been, go you will not be disappointed. If you are from sea level or low altitude bring some oxygen!

It's Great to be a Florida Gator!

Rush! That's what a Rock & Roll band is supposed to sound like!!! Screw the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!

I got to see them at the Hollywood Bowl for R30. That's another amazing outdoor venue.

I'm a little confused by what I bolded above. Are you referring to the Time Machine Tour there? They didn't play NS on that tour and certainly not War Paint.

Freaking finally!!! They're only 20 years late to induct them.

Are you going to see them Fred?

I'm going to the Orlando show, not the HOF induction.

Getty may be the only lead singer who could lose his voice and make the band better.

Yet they rock...

The best place will always be Stubhub, but it's $$$.

Otherwise, it's Live Nation. I bought through the Music Today presale, but it's over now.
