Mizzou came in today as the nation's leader in rebounding.
They got outrebounded today 35-25.

the extent that we dominated them is indicative by that stat alone.

Of course, they were missing that 6'9" PF who contributed an average of 7 rebs per game, so today's team was not the one that put up that National Leading average, however, this Gator team is strong at rebounding.
What I thought was most interesting was that Missou had a Grand total of 3 Offensive Rebounds while the Gators totaled 5 Offensive Rebounds.
Both teams did an excellent job of limiting putbacks.

what has to be disconcerting for Missouri is that they have been out rebounded in 3 of its first 4 SEC games.
And two of those were losses.

The difference of course is that they had rebounded three of their 33 misses, we rebounded five of our 24. Percentage-wise, we roughly doubled them (22% to 9%).

Great stat and I think UF was out rebounded by aTm. Here is another from ESPN:
After four games, the Gators are outscoring their SEC opponents to the tune of 0.42 points per trip. How off the charts is that number? The 2012 Kentucky Wildcats, who went 16-0 in SEC regular-season play, finished the season with a 0.26 efficiency margin, the most dominant performance any conference champion posted in any league last season. Playing this well in a down SEC, it's not ridiculous to think Florida could do the same.

Did anyone note the statement Brennan made in that link Insti just gave:
"Ole Miss improved to 4-0 in the SEC with a 76-64 win over Arkansas on Saturday. Here's a crazy stat for you: This is Rebels' best SEC start since -- get this -- 1937."
I mean, talk about a Basketball Powerhouse, it has been 75 years since the last time they were 4-0. This is simply hard to believe.
