For running backs coach, I believe, as it's the only job available. For those who don't know Jerry Jones is still active in Arkansas athletics, and he and Nutt are long-time friends. It wouldn't surprise me if he gave Nutt a shot. Nutt's actually a solid RB coach — see Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, Peyton Hillis. Heck, you could even throw in the college version of Matt Jones in there as an RB.

Jones should hire Stan Drayton as RB coach, just so Urban Meyer can hire him back again.
