InkJet Cartridge Question

I just purchased B&W and Color HP XL ink cartridges on Amazon for about $70. Can anyone suggest alternatives to OEM cartridges? I have tried off brands with little success, either print quality is poor or they clog the printer jets.

I have been saving the old HP cartridges and could recycle.

I am looking for company names, etc.

I get my ink from carrot ink. Half the price. There may be cheaper ones, but when I checked this was cheap and has lots of satisfied customers. No problems with clogging.

Every time you post I think there is an impostor on GC. On half my sites I visit I am known as GatorMike, on the other half I am known as Gator51. Gatormike51 reminds me of me.

Oh come on 515151, folks know we are not the same. The issue here is that everyone picks Gator (something) or some derivative therof. As I recall you live in (not disclosed). I lived there in the late 70s.

I am a partner in a CPA firm and known to fellow workers as "Gator", although I graduated from UCF. My daughter graduated from UF and volunteered for the football team under Zook and later Meyer. She said Zook was a great guy and always appreciated her efforts and always acknowledged her, Meyer was an a$$.... She was known as "Sorority Girl" to players and coaches. She was on Max Stark's arm at high school graduation. Thats as close as I get to GatorDom other than season ticket holders from the late 50s and early 60s.

A true story. . . I attended a game in the mid 1980s with her dressed in a UF cheerleading uniform. We parked north of University as a pickup truck loaded with (Gator) drunks drove by, tossing out beer bottles drove by, she said "Dad this is where I want to go to College." Sure nuff, she graduated in 2005 and doing well.

Oh I know, don't get me wrong I have no complaints. Just when I see you post I think of....well, me. Mike's my name and 51 has always been my special number. I have no problem with there being two of us who just happen to be partial to the names Gator & Mike & 51.
