Been living alone since October 1st. It's taken me awhile to appreciate this but I finally do. I've lost a ton of weight and I hit the gym about 4/5 times a week. It's a lot easier to be productive and take care of myself when I have no obligations to other people.

I got the full blown flu between Christmas and New Years. Totally bed ridden for two days.

I have yet to fully recover.

I'm so sick of being sick I've finally just said f it, and am doing whatever I want (and can). As far as I can tell, I'll be sick for all of 2013.

My 42nd Gasparilla and it was a good one. Definitely made the rounds. Tampa Yacht, my place, Sunset Salsa party, Malio's and the Palma Ceia CC. Got things rolling around 8am and shut it down early this year around 11:30pm or so.

Contacts feel like sandpaper and my legs are shot. Early to bed tonight for sure.
