Not sure how koepernick would do on road, in dome vs atlanta. Seattle beat them down last time, but kind of prefer a revenge matchup with them in SF.

I find this shocking. I haven't seen the Falcons bludgeon ANYBODY. But they're beating senseless what may be the best defense in the league.

I'm more impressed that they just blanked the offense that had a historic offensive run to end the regular season.

Stupid decision for the Falcons to play John Abraham the whole game. He's not able to go today and that may cost them.

just showed a chop block penalty on seattle. which, imo, is the wrong administration. to be the chop block is when the DL is engaged w/ an OLineman and a different OL comes down on the side of the legs/knees.
if you go low w/ a block in front of the DL, i see that as good form and shouldn't cause an injury since it's coming from the front.
they need to review that interpretation, imo.

Did any of the experts (Bradshaw et al) say anything about it after the game? They should have ridiculed him for ten minutes. How often is Bradshaw given material like that?

Well, now I've seen to playoff games that may have been lost by coaching decisions. In the Ravens/Broncos, there were two. The decision not to pass to get a first down that would have ended the game, allowing the Ravens another possession, and then the decision to take a knee with 30 seconds left in regulation.
Then Pete calling the TO. His first kick missed.

One of the announcers said that Carroll may have whispered to the ref, "I'm not going to call a time out."

Maybe the same way the Seahawks did ? Remember that the Packers may have the worst defense in the league.

I guess ATL takes a few pages out of the UF playbook on how we kept Manziel in check.
I hope my Falcons can get it done and not let up in the second half like they did today.

As I posted in the "Is PC a douche" thread, I think he was pissed that the refs gave Bryant a practice kick. I thought the whistle blew well ahead of the kick. I think PC may have been arguing for a delay of game penalty or something.

I don't really care for either team, but I find it impossible to root against this kid. Love watching him play and he's just a total class act. I think somewhere Doug Flutie is smiling (or cursing the gods that nobody ever ran a system like this with him).
