You get fined...you can call it a tax if you liked, but you are being penalized for not purchasing something so therefore you are punished. Right now you will not have your money confiscated but next year you will. That is a loss of a freedom

I don't care what is says, if you are going to get fined for not having health insurance that is a loss of a freedom. You can try to spin it any way you like but thats reality. The IRS will confiscate your tax returns and that is another fact. I don't need you to explain it to me.
