Are we looking to take 2 QBs next year?

Are we looking to take 2 QBs next year?

I dont know. At this point I think the staff is just doing their due diligence. I do think they should bring in Keller Chryst to throw in the summer.

Not unless someone else transfers.

Always "entertain" multiple QBs. You never know what could happen. What if Grier gets injured his senior year? Maybe Pease takes both QBs.

RS JR Murphy for True FR A. Wolard would be a nice trade for 2013.

I know we all seem keen on Adams but I can't help but feel Jarran Reed would be an excellent addition if we can get him to flip. The DL would suddenly look a lot stronger...

Murphy is a real team player with a great work ethic and helps the defense prepare for mobile dual threat QBs without expecting anything in return. Do you think Woulard (who stomped on the gator shirt on youtube after not getting an offer will do the same and be a nice trade up?

Interesting!

Just got off the phone with juco DT & #OleMiss commit Jarran Reed, gave Florida official a 1000 on scale of 1-10. Story coming soon.

Hope he joins the class!

Reed would be a big get, but I'd really like to have a 3 - 4 year player myself.

Reed is a rare JUCO. He actually has 4 years to play 3 seasons. So he would basically be like a true SO assuming he does not redshirt which I assume he won't.

Reed is ideal in that we are losing Floyd and Hunter this year, Jacobs and Easley next year and Cummings the year after that. We need DTs coming in who are within a year or less of contributing at a high level. I'd like to have a butt load of freshmen DTs coming in, but Reed would be filling in where last year's class came up short, namely Phillips. If we get Reed, I would still take Adams over any other remaining prospect. That would give us four DTs in the class, one with two years left, one with three years left and two with five years to play four. I think Brantley would redshirt.
