Mountain Dew Anyone?

Man, I LOVE it! Next to sweet tea it is my favorite drink. I start my day with it as I am not a huge coffee fan. Used to drink so much that I had to have a stress test done just for the Dr. to tell me I needed to cut back. LOL. I often wonder why in the hell they can't make a caffeine free Dew. Anyone else a fan of the Dew?

Mountain Dew is high in caffeine but high in calories and High Fructose Corn Syrup (very very bad). Do a search on HFCS.

I only go to restaurants that serve the Dew. If they don't have it, I usually ask for water and smuggle a can in.

It can be done. Restaurants and fast food places in Jacksonville that serve Mountain Dew are O'Charleys, MoJos, Larry's Giant Subs, Mike's Jersey Subs, KFC, Bojangles, Panda Express, Bojangles, Beach Road Chicken Diner, Charlie's Grilled Subs, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Lubi's and some other kittle dives that I have found along the way.

true story parents didnt let us drink soda very much as a kid. So i go to college start drinking the dew everyday and i developed problems, serious problems. Dehidration. Again, i was forced to drink so much water as a kid, then what does one do.. quit drinking water. got super sick.. and developed real bad dizzy spells and even fainted a few times.. worst part is the whole time i was at uf i couldnt get a shands appointment.. pretty poor huh.. back to the worst part.. i was diagnosed to have a movement disorder from the university of miami..omg!! Dew is good, though...real good..

I honestly don't drink much water at all, maybe a bottle a week. I do sub some G2 or Gatorade rain berry flavor. If it's not that it's coke or Dew.

also when I played hockey I wouldn't drink much water still, I did drink the gatorade but still didn't drink water. During games we had a deal where the trainer tried out nothing but water for a few games and we drank a crap load and still didn't feel good. THen we tried Powerade and that crap sucked and no one drank it. Then we went to Gatorade and it was good but most players would drink about a bottle a game compared to two or three of those green bottles a game of water.

One thing I learned, don't grab the assistant coaches green bottle if you're thirsty. He was an alcoholic and it had a W on the side meaning water and I went to spray my face with liquid fire called vodka.

As others have already stated, I love my Dew and sweet tea as well...but nothing beats TAHITIAN TREAT!! Any of you guys who havent tried this, you are missing out...carbonated fruit punch...I love it!! It's somewhat hard to find tho...not all grocery stores carry it...I get mine at a nearby Racetrac Gas here in Jax....
