good story, thanks for sharing. being lost at sea would be a terrible thing. the new portable epirbs are wonderful things for those of us that like to venture out of sight of land. boat us even rents them out to members. no reason to go offshore without one

real testament to boston whalers though, if only the titanic would have been as tough as a whaler. as an aside, if you have never been to Hana, put it on your bucket list. my absolute favorite spot in the Hawaiin islands.
