My son has a karting friend in the competition too but I voted for you today. I only raced in 24 hrs. of Lemons but have been a track junky for years and now live vicariously through 2 of my 3 boys that do rotax karting. I'm envious and wish you all the luck.

jrz1g8r check out the motorsports threads in the allsports forum page. Daytona just had over 1800 karts between Christmas and New Year on 3 tracks within the big Speedway. I posted a few pics on the top Nascar thread. This link has pics from the Rolex testing this weekend. Thanks, they registered for Daytona yesterday. 56 cars so far, 26 in their class, 30 in GS. They race on Friday in the Continental Series before the Rolex24. Its always a wild 2 & 1/2 hour race.

Here's a tweet from Champion Parts two days ago "SFAC Update! It's the halfway point in the first round of voting and we have 5 entries with over 1,000 votes and 25 with over 500 votes!"
