Some players always decommit.

This appears especially true for teams that have a ton of early commits, like Texas and now Florida.

We know that the recruiting staff will be working not only up through signing day, but afterwards as well.

But the ultimate test of a recruiting class occurs 2 to 4 years after signing day.

Chris Jones, by the way, appears to me to be an absolutely outstanding prospect, although it also appears to me that he is unlikely to decommit from Miss State.
