Great Frame long arms, quick, explosive initial punch, willing run blocker, ability to get the the 2nd level…. I could go on and on there is a lot to like about the American Heritage OL Rod Johnson. He really has all the tools you look for in an OL prospect. The most impressive attribute about Johnson is probably his initial punch it is violent and explosive. Johnson is 6-6 315 and will probably end up playing at 330+. Johnson will likely redshirt his freshmen year but will probably end his career as the starting right tackle for the Gators.

I have said for along time that I dont think we take Denson. The kid looks stiff and does not look athletic enough to pull which is needed in our system. I am also not a fan of taking kids that need to lose weight to play. That being said taking Ira would be real deflating to FSU. Ira and Golson (who is really good) flipping late would put FSU in a world of hurt especially if they miss on Denver Kirkland. The only two OLmen they took last year were JUCO's.

I was talking to a teammate of Rod Johnson at American Heritage. Said he needs to lose some baby fat but will be a stud. Said he never played games during recruiting and has solid grades (some posters mentioned he had grade issues). That is just how Mac is. He said the WR's at the Army game arent anything special because of what he practices against. He does practice against some very good WR's though.

Bronson is a huge get better prospect than any WR that we currently have committed for 2013.
