Ok, I have:
Deleted all cookies
Deleted all old computer files
I do Defrag weekly...
Why is my computer so amazingly slow?
Is it the holiday season?
I have 41% of my hard drive free.
What can I do to speed it up?

What hardware is in your computer? What software and OS are you running? There are so many thing that could be causing problems.

What antivirus (and antimalware) do you run? Is it updated regularly? Do you scan regularly? Do you regularly run Windows Update to install Microsoft patches and security updates?
Did it get slow all of a sudden, or over time? If "all of a sudden", were any changes made to the PC before you noticed the slowdown? I'm thinking new programs installed or new hardware.

As the fine folks above have said, you should supply more information about the hardware, especially memory (RAM) size, and software configuration.
The disk performance is rarely the cause of significant system performance issues. It is more typical that RAM has been consumed or there is something, like a virus, consuming the CPU and/or network.
