Figure most of us wont be around tomorrow and maybe even today with travel and all that so wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving today while I may still catch some people.

To all the posters in GCH&F a big thanks for providing great info, motivation and discussions on all things health and fitness.

FYI: a slice of pecan pie is 503 calories, whereas a slice of apple pie has only 412. So, I recommend apple pie a la mode.
