$46 in 9 days. Amazing.

Keep it up, man! I'm 5 years and totally done. The smell or thought turns my stomach.

I smoked a little weed at a show a year ago (first time in 5+ years, too) and didn't even think of needing one. I would have never been able to go w/o a smoke when high.

Just sayin, it can be done. People do it everyday. Keep at it! You have no idea how good you'll feel and how happy you'll be. Needless to say the money and your health.

Best of luck to you. I know its not easy and in fact some people fail to quit a few times before they finally get over it so just keep at it even if you slip.

This is going to sound funny, coming from a fitness trainer, but the connection between being chubby and disease is still a little murky. It's not entirely clear that being fat means you're going to die sooner than someone who's skinny.

Not so with smoking. You've probably just done the single wisest thing anyone could do to decrease mortality risk.

People who are overweight and smoke stand to save TONS of money when they (A) stop smoking and (B) start eating less.

Someone needs to start a website like quitnow for overeating. Imagine if people realized how much money they could save by reducing their portion sizes.

I had an online client who recouped the money she paid me, in four weeks, due to food cost savings alone.

I've been IFing 5 or 6 days a week for months now. I figure I save between $60 and $70 a month. Or, you could say my IFing gives me my cell phone for free.

There you go. I may have to switch to that angle in my marketing. The health thing sure ain't working.

#QuitNow! Since 03 November 2012:
18 days smoke free,
368 cigarettes down,
$88.32 and 1 day, 12:48:00 saved!

Still goin strong.... I've realized that I have saved much more then the 88.32 (that's just cigarettes) not counting all the other stuff that I'd buy when I had to stop and buy smokes I.e..red bull 3.50, a water 2.00, bag of chips 2.50, and whatever else.... it adds up pretty quickly

#QuitNow! Since 03 November 2012:
30 days smoke free,
600 cigarettes down,
$144.00 and 2 days, 12:00:00 saved!
last night at 10pm

Still kickin a$$

Even getting easier to drive w/o chewing the hell outta some gum... I always lit up first thing when I got in the car so the first couple of weeks I'd start craving on the walk to the car..

Also read a lot on whyquit.com... one that got me was the pic of the 33 year old male laying very sickly on the bed and to see his wife and young son in the chair.. I must admit I saved that pic and do look at it from time to time to remind myself.. do I want my wife and son going through that torment???
