Another Transfer

It happened hours ago, but per Will Muschamp, JaFar Mann is transferring.

I liked him, he added depth. It also helped that he could play DT or OG... But that said, he just couldn't compete at the level we need guys to play at.

So add on another spot for 2014...

I think this helps us with the DT's we are pursuing (Montravius Adams and Greg Gilmore)... not by a lot, but still, 1 less DT on the roster.

I agree. It would be nice to haul in 2 big time DT's this year. The way we rotate players, they're guaranteed early playing time.

Losing Mann isn't a huge deal. Outside of the more obvious recruits with the highest probability of signing with UF; Marcell Harris, Trenton Brown, etc...I really want DE Ogundeko. We really need pass rushers. Outside of Larentee we are very limited in that area. Next year we'll get Powell back and he should be in beast mode. But I really think we could use a kid like Ebenezer (he's already 6'4" 240+). And....Ogundeko is being recruited by DJ Durkin. Closer extraordinaire!!
