Reason for lack of bold print?

Can't understand why my new thread titles are always seen not in bold print while others are. What can I do to correct this?

Bold print means there's a new post since you last visited the thread. If you viewed your thread after you posted, it won't be bold. Once someone else has posted in your thread (and you haven't yet viewed it), it will be bold.
