I have a friend of mine that wants to buy my Ipad(3).

I may do so and use that moolah to get a 4 despite that the only advantage the 4th gen has over the 3 is speed & possibly graphics which would be negligible to most users.

Im sticking with my 3. Yes, the latest version is faster/more powerful, but my 3 handles everything I ask it to do just fine, and the latest one has a lightning port; I have numerous accessories that wouldn't work, some even if I used an adaptor.

Still have the original iPad and have yet to have a reason to upgrade. Yes the 2, 3, and now 4 do things better (graphics, speed, etc) but for my usage (surfing the net mostly) it really doesn't matter.
