if they were football players upd would have found a way to arrest them for something like pushing a car without an appropriate license. :)

Some idiots in the comments were complaining about our team doing what they considered a waste of time instead of basketball drills. For example:
Meanwhile, other teams are working on shooting, passing, dribbling, and other basketball skills.

I must admit that this approach, albeit unorthodox, is likely to pay dividends when it comes to the competitive environment.
Think how rarely one attains a sense of accomplishment at much of anything.
Strength, endurance and adaptability have always been underrated as assets.
Good to hear that Wilbekin has added a pound or two of muscle, hopefully the same will prove true for Dillon Graham and Walker.
