UF has averaged about 76 points per game over the last 10 years. Each season ranged from 72 to 80 points per game.
So here are my guesses about the scoring averages this season is they will be about:
Boynton: 16 points
Murphy: 12 points
Young: 12 points
Rosario: 11 points
Prather: 10 points
Wilbekin: 8 points
Yeguete: 8 points
That is 77 points per game. Others will average a point or so a game, but their playing time will probably be mostly in the early games. Donovan will likely go to these 7 and maybe one more down the stretch.

I'm not sure that Prather is skilled enough to average double figures at this point. If he does end up getting big minutes, I think he'll average something like five points and five rebounds.
Also I think Ogbueze will work his way into the rotation and end up averaging about six points.
The rest looks good, give or take a few points.

Agree on Prather. I also think we are severely underrating Wilbekin's offensive potential. The only point guards under Donovan not to average double digits were Eddie Shannon as a senior and Justin Hamilton during his two years starting at the one. Since Donovan is on record about Wilbekin being a better offensive threat than Hamilton, I am hopeful he can be a 10-12 point, 4-5 assist guy, though he admittedly has some work to do to get there.

I am trying to be cautious on Wilbekin because my personal opinion is like yours. I think he will surprise people. I think your numbers are about right.
Some of my quandry was should I move up Boynton's numbers a point per game. His scoring, shooting percentage and percentage from the arc have gone up each year so I felt I had to bump him a point this year. That makes allocating the points to others tough unless I am willing to let the points go past 80.

could be a year that we don't attain that scoring average threshold.

I thought about that too, from the positive perspective. That is UF could have a really excellent defense this year. An excellent defense might cause opponents to burn more clock each time they have the ball. Still I doubt UF drops much if at all below the 72 point lows scoring of the last 10 years.
