Obnoxious considering the economy.
Higher oil prices help the Texas economy. Lower oil prices hurt Texas out other times.

On the contrary, considering these economic times it's good to see such a building project took place. A lot of people were employed to be working on the project and their added income is certainly a plus for their community.
