I thought he needed to win 8 this year and show signs of improvement to buy an extra year (a fairly low and mediocre hurdle at Florida). If he loses this game, that number increases to 9 due to the embarrassment factor, which will serve to both lower the motivation of an already unmotivated fanbase and make it harder to recruit long-term, as playing and coaching at Florida becomes less of an honor.
