Blogs Drop Down Menu

Hey didnt see a thread about this but am I the only one having problems with the blog drop down menu? Anytime I run over it with my mouse it goes down and wont go back up even after you move away from it.

Nobody? It's still happening, it looks like this:

After you pass over it with your mouse, it gets stuck like that until you refresh.
