I would hope all the kids that become Gators have heart. I also want them to have talent that fits the system. I am a big fan of his but I think the coaches might wonder where and how they will play and use him. Thats why him camping is so important.

Maybe you have forgotten a guy named Ahmad Fullwood we have committed to us?!?! He is a pretty good playmaker I think!!! Now to say we need to add another stud is one thing, which I believe we have a real solid group of wr's up to this point. But I agree Robinson is a stud!!!

I really dont put much blame of Verducci. The line was young last year and had some injuries. A lot of the blame can be put on transition on and off the field. Urban wanted different kind of OL than CHAMP. Mickey gave Urban what he wanted now Dillmen is building the OL a totally different way in the weight room

Thinking Johnson will redshirt then see rotation at tackle.Though, not ruling out that he may play guard, but he seems more of a tackle to me.
He seems to be a raw talent... more of a project guy that they can mold.

Robinson is a ridiculous beast and even more impressive on tape than Coley, or any other receiver in this class, frankly. He is going to make some QB (hopefully one of ours) look very, very good.

Robinson's been on the board for a long time. He goes to Quezzie's alma mater. Not a burner stopwatch wise, but great size and skill set for WR. If Coley is a question mark, then we need someone with similar route running and ball catching skills. Love his catching radius too, but Fullwood has that going as well.
Truth be told, we should be ecstatic to have Fullwood locked down. Best WR prospect we've nabbed in three or four years.

Did you see clips from the one-on-one drills Coley was in? I've never seen a high school player with skills that advanced. He was going up against some of the top corners in the 2012 class and just blew by them. Nobody could jam him and nobody could stay with him. Willie Bailey had a particularly difficult time with him.
Robinson looks very good, but not as quick or as fast as Coley. He supposedly runs in the 4.6 range.

Robinson probably won't get as much separation as Coley at the college level, but with the strength of his hands and his body control, I'm not sure he even needs to. DR showed in his brief highlights that he can go up and snag it with a couple of DBs draping him.

Interesting comparison. Green was ranked very high, but was not supposed to be very fast. He had a great career and then killed it in the combines. I don't know if he was faster than advertised, or he gained speed while he was at UGA.

To land top WRs we have to prove we are going to use a scheme that works and is favorable to them. This was the worst part of Meyer's last years at with Weiss offering nothing either.

That's a lot faster than his reported 4.6 and faster than Coley's reported times. I wonder how legit that is. Hopefully it wasn't at a f$u camp.

Don't agree with this premise at all. If we get an additional WR and it happens to be Robinson, great. If not our coaches are happy with who we have. The most important recruit/recruits are going to come from the OL. If we can pull Tunsil/Dawson, that will be the biggest deal left in this cycle. A DL is probably more important than another WR too. But that is JMO.

We have 3 great WRs and 2 top RBs. If Robinson, Coley , or North want in and can get in in Coley's situation we will take them. If not still a good offensive class with playmakers. Robinson is far from the most important recruit

Taylor is the most important recruit. He is the one potential game breaker at the position where we don't have a known playmaker. But we will be needing WRs to step by 2013-2014. I think we've already got one in Fullwood. He's the best WR commitment in three or four years.

I guess it boils down to trusting the coaches to make the smart decisions.
Overall, last year's recruits were pretty good, except on the OLine and DLine, and, with any luck, this year's Frosh will be able to make some contributions even in their first year.
It is always a debate over what is "more" important at any given time or any given position. Only time can tell. However, clearly, your offense goes nowhere without a solid OLine in front of it, and, your defense stops no one without a solid DLine in the trenches.

Miami had good recruiters a few years ago too. Their names were Candy, Scarlet and Nevin Shapiro. The answer can't be that simple. Even when UM had a super recruiting team with Mattison, Strong, Gonzalez, Mullen, etc. they would have been hard pressed to get the same recruits Clemson is pulling, especially if West Virginia hung a 70 something clip on us in the bowl game. And these aren't just Carolina guys. All without any notable success on the field. Must be the recruiters of the century.

I believe with the projected talent we'll have on the OL next year, coach will have them platooned so we can keep strong fresh bodies pushing against the defences. With our off season conditioning, our team should be lights out. By the second half, maybe the team on the other side of the line of scrimage will be dog tired and we just bulldoze the other team
onto their dragging ass behinds. I maybe wrong but my guess is that is the game plan. At least that's what I'd do but I'm not the coach.

I don't think Mitchell is interested in UF nor for whatever reason, is UF interested in Mitchell, in spite of the loss of Powell. We're all over his little brother for hoops but not remotely interested in the best athlete at LB in the country and will probably face him every year when he signs for f$u.
