Don't let anyone tell you you can't do something. You are (generally) your worst enemy. Exercising is just as much mental as it is physical- Whether you're competing in a power lifting competition; training in the gym; pushing through that last mile in a marathon; climbing the last pitch on a huge rock climb; etc etc, believing in yourself and pushing it will reap unbelievable benefits.
Even if you're just starting out in exercise (or even THINKING about it), do it. Be honest with yourself and negate any excuses that you can potentially have. I know that I have them when I'm feeling lazy. I hope this video inspires some of you.
