anyone seen this? you can find it on netflix if you havent. anyone have an opinion on their conclusions about animal protein and cassein protein in particular? ive always believed in moderation of everything but they seem to make a case to drop it altogether. anyone have any thoughts on this?

I did start it and got about 15 minutes in before I shut it off. I got the feeling it was simply an anti-meat propaganda film and didn't feel the need to waste any more of my time.
