Iphone 4 screen replacement

Anyone tried to replace their cracked or damaged screen yet? I broke mine and ordered a replacement screen kit (glass, LCD, etc) and will give it a go Monday when I get back from camping. Any advice? Thanks!

My wife broke the back glass panel on hers and now just keeps it in the otterbox.

I would be curious to hear how much you paid for the kit and how tough it is to replace. I cracked mine a while back and the repair cost me $175. I just cracked it again, but havent got it fixed cause it still works, just doesnt look very pretty.

Kit was $89 plus shipping. I'm camping this weekend so I'll try it tomorrow night or Monday and let you know.
Back glass looks like it is a pretty easy and inexpensive fix. Kits are $20-30 and looks like only two small screws.
