Figured we could use a Black Friday thread since it is almost upon us. Pretty excited about some of the cheap video games Walmart is offering.

Can I get vampire rain or bulletwitch for $5?

Most I imagine you will already have since you are a heavy gamer but off the top of my head......

28 bucks for the following:
Battlefield 3
Arkham City
Gears of War 3
Madden 2012
Fifa 2012

Some older games for 15 bucks and 10 bucks and the only one I remember is God of War 3 and some older.

Considering the 28 bucks are damn new games and currently 60 bucks I have no problem waiting a few more weeks to save 50%.

Just took a look.
$25 for forza 4 is a great deal.
$15 for dance central 2 is a steal.
$10 For Bioshock 2, flat out awesome.


Still, yeah I was hoping for Dark Souls, the Gunslinger, or the Metal Gear Solid HD collection.

Some are saying that you can actually buy these items now and go back with the scan to get the Black Friday price on any of the weekend sales excluding doorbusters.

Got an email from Amazon about 4 star games under $20 but I havent had a chance to see what was on the list.

I need to find somebody going to one of these Wal-Mart ones so i can snag a couple of those games.

If i have to i may go check it out, not sure how much of a demand the Xbox 360 games are compared to things like Laptops/TV's etc.

You would be surprised. I have gone to the doorbuster sales once in my life and that was more than enough. It is a disaster, and there are never enough deals to make it worthwhile. Honestly, cyber Monday will usually have plenty of good deals too and you can deal with that from the couch.

Yeah ill probably just look online, ill be able to snag a used copy of BF3 or Gears 3 off Ebay for $30.

Damn, just bought Battlefield 3 last week.

Braved the Walmart crapshoot and grabbed a combo Arkham City/Arkham Asylum for 29 bucks and Fifa 2012 for 29 bucks. Also picked up some Blu Rays for 5 bucks each. Overall very happy though being crushed by the people of Walmart was no treat.

Luckily, there are now tons of good sales online that usually start on Thanksgiving day. So if you hate crowds like I do you can just stay home and skip the madness.
