This is rather old I thought, though I haven't been keeping up with it so I am unsure of the exact time line.

Expect to see skype on the xbox and all windows phones within a year.

We have also publically stated that we will keep creating and updating Skype clients for other OSes. The Skype client for Windows Phone was already in the works and is rumored to be out soon since it was waiting on Windows Phone 7.5 which is available now. Looking forward to seeing it work with our Lync software and Kinect on Xbox 360. If you have never done a web chat using Kinect then trust me when I say it’s pretty cool. When my parents talk to my kids using it the Kinect tracks the kids around the room as they run around and my parents get to see it all. Was a blast on Christmas morning when they got to watch them open presents.
